So.  We have found a topic (of many) of which we disagree.
There is a difference between "whistle blowing" and selling (or giving away) classified defense information.
If I had, while in the Army, disclosed such classified defense information as had Snowden, I wouldn't see freedom until the next ice age . . . and rightfully so.
If Mr. Snowden truly wanted to shed light on the evil acts of government agencies, he should return to the states and confront "the beast" instead of hiding in Russia, a country not well known for the privacy of its citizens (of ALL places).
I, personally, feel quite comfortable and secure in the current environment here in the Nifty Fifty (USA).
