All this attention given to the Police Reserve (who he honored with a proclamation) and the Vandal Town Block Party (minus any Vandal banners . . . which I was told, over a month ago is "in the works") . . . Yet, nary a syllable uttered honoring the Idaho National Guard's 126th Engineer Company (located right here in Moscow) who served two tours in Iraq. I know this because I talk to people (people like Sergeant Von of the 126th and former Moscow Mayor Nancy Chaney, who, at least, made an attempt by talking with some of the soldiers' family members).

I know that, in Mayor Lambert's world, this may not rise to such importance as removing trees in front of EMSI . . . but, maybe it should!

Seeya 'round town, Moscow, because . . .
