[Vision2020] Pullman's first pot shop opens Saturday

Evidently some folks didn't like my lung visual. They've contacted me off
list mentioning that other items that are poor health choices are legal.
True. They aren't currently an item of discussion on V2020. Marijuana is.

I uploaded the graphic to express my counter opinion to Tom's. I'm not
excited about legalization.

In my work with addicts I've seen way to many that started their drug abuse
with it (Seems to be about 50/50 alcohol vs marijuana for a first drug).
And I've heard the horrifying stories of how their drug use impacted their
lives.

Should it become legal, I think marijuana use should be dealt with
similarly to tobacco use. As a public health threat, which my picture
clearly showed it to be. Having watched as a grandparent slowly died from
emphysema, it is not a fate I'd wish on anyone.

MJ advocates frequently cite the plusses. I'm showing a negative. Is that
a bad thing? Is debate and discussion now being discouraged on v2020?
