[Vision2020] A tribute to . . .

I fully support legal immigration, and I think we should be spending some
time reviewing why our current immigration laws are so restrictive, and
fixing them.  The quotas on low skilled workers are way too small, for
example.

That would go a long way towards helping reduce illegal immigration.
