Pity the map you link to doesn't show all the other pipelines that already
cross this patch of America. (including a very long stretch of the
existing XL pipeline) Another nice addition would be all the roads and rail
lines which carry items far more hazardous and far more likely to encounter
a problem that would result in a spill.
