Join International Programs in celebrating International Education Week by cruising the world at the biggest international event of the year on the campus of the University of Idaho. Cruise the World will take place this Saturday, November 15, 11:00 am – 5:00 pm in the SUB: International Ballroom. Come to learn about other cultures, enjoy stage performances and food from all over the world.

This year we have student participants from over 35 countries. There will be stage performances every half an hour ranging from music to martial arts demonstrations. Each participant will get a mock up passport at the door and visit the different “countries” represented at the booths. To obtain “stamps” in their passports, visitors need to demonstrate that they have learned something about the respective countries.

Cruise the World is an educational opportunity for our campus population but also for people from around the Pullman-Moscow area. The event draws international travelers, open-minded people, educators, students, teachers, and really anyone who enjoys authentic ethnic food and cultural performances. Do not miss it!

Tickets are sold at the door: $3/person, $9/family (2 adults + up to 3 children), children under 5 are free of charge. For more information, please contact Elitza Kotzeva at elitzak at uidaho.edu or call 208-885-6915.
