[Vision2020] Secretary of Education

How could anyone vote for Ybarra over Jones for the secretary of education? Ybarra plagiarized, she misrepresented her educational credentials, she claimed she received a teaching award when she had not,  she is a non-voter. Oh, I know how, go to the polls and fill in the scan-tron  for anyone with a "R" next to their name. No wonder Idaho is in condition it is.
