MOSCOW POLICE
Friday
2:03 p.m. - A 32-year-old Moscow man was cited for allegedly slashing the tires of a vehicle parked on the 900 block of West Palouse River Drive. The incident stemmed from an argument between the suspect and a romantic interest.

It makes a person wonder if such a crime could have been prevented if there were simply more guns on the street, huh?
