[Vision2020] Moscow Urban Renewal Agency May 28 Meeting - Update

It appears that there may not be a quorum present to hold the Moscow Urban Renewal Agency meeting scheduled for tomorrow, May 28th.  If no quorum is present, an informal discussion will still occur (but no decisions made) since Executive Director Jeff Jones is stepping down and this will be his last meeting.
