Supreme Court Justice Joel Horton is a fine jurist and has a deep respect for the rule of law and fairness in his ruling. We need to retain a member of the court since 2007 and one who is the far and away preferred choice of the Idaho State Bar in its judicial survey, recommending Justice Horton because of his independence, integrity, intelligence and judicial temperament, among other attributes.
