[Vision2020] Who dat?

Hint:  Moscow High School, Class of 1965.  He is still in Moscow.  He has been mentioned a few times here on the Viz.  He attended Mayor Lambert's "State of the City" address last Wednesday at University Inn.  He even presented a question (of sorts) during the "State of the City" Q&A.

I came across this photo as I was browsing my collection of old (as in VERY) Moscow High School yearbooks.
