Because they have controlling personalities Sunil and have some screwed up logic thinking that they can force their own moral code on their subordinate workers.  In other words, Hobby Lobby employees aren't allowed their own 'religious freedom' because the boss man and boss woman want play the role of bossing their employees around claiming their own religious values are the gold standard far above anyone on the Hobby Lobby payroll.

Benefits are part of the employment compensation package. Why should the company tell employees how to use their compensation?

 Scott pretty well nailed it on how the vote will go, however everyone is a little off on what the case is about. Abortion is at the root of the problem, but the case itself is about religious freedom.
