Religious freedom comes in as--Does the company have the right to decline paying for coverage that they have a religious objection to? That is the question that the Supreme Court will decide.

If 'religious freedom' equates to an employer exerting control over a woman's insurance coverage concerning birth control and emergency contraception, then agree with your assessment. Note that Hobby Lobby's business is arts and crafts. It is not a religious organization. It should not be allowed to meddle with insurance line items of their female employees. It's cases like this that bolster a system of 'single payer'.

Scott pretty well nailed it on how the vote will go, however everyone is a little off on what the case is about. Abortion is at the root of the problem, but the case itself is about religious freedom.
