[Vision2020] Chicago newspaper reports about Hawaii police

Nearly all the testimony, much of it from both defense and prosecuting attys 
and groups working against human trafficking, has been in opposition to the 
exemption, so the word from the legislature today is that it will likely be 
removed.  The police have testified there are policies in place to prohibit 
misuse of the exemption and call for the punishment of police who do misuse 
it.  Ironic,  but those policies are not for publication.
