3:25 a.m. - When her child cried, a woman in a residence on the 100 block of South Jackson Street awoke to find a man standing near her bed. He had apparently entered through an unlocked door. At first she thought it was her spouse, she told police, but he was in bed next to her. The husband was awakened, and the trespasser fled.
