[Vision2020] Question, V-Peeps

I was curious, too, so I looked it up.  You can read about it here: http://www.legislature.idaho.gov/idstat/Title18/T18CH80SECT18-8004.htm

Basically, the DUI laws in Idaho cover alcohol, drugs, and any other form of intoxication (at least as I read it).  How they measure the intoxication levels for non-alcohol drugs and what lines they would draw are (I think) still open questions.

What are the Idaho laws/punishments related to driving under the influence of cannabis? 

Summer is comin' up and I have been invited to videotape/photograph a couple weddings in Pullman.  Should I get a hotel room before we go to the wedding reception?  

Or should I simply avoid embibing in party favors altogether?
