[Vision2020] Moscow "Add the 4 Words" Vigil

Year after year the legislature refuses to consider adding the words. This year demonstrators have been arrested at the state capitol, drawing attention to the issue.

It's even been in the papers.

      Pardon me for being obtuse, but which four words are we talking
      about, and what are we adding them to?

      

      I even braved the cesspool that is Facebook by following the link
      provided but am still none the wiser.
