PRESS RELEASE
Independence Day Celebration – Friendship Square

June 27, 2014 (Moscow, Idaho) — The 2014 Moscow Independence Day Celebration will be facilitated by former Councilmember Linda Pall in Friendship Square in downtown Moscow on July 4, 2013 at 12 noon.  This event is free and open to the public.

The celebration will include a welcome message, the Pledge of Allegiance, singing of “The Star Spangled Banner,” a reading of the Declaration of Independence, the annual Mutt Strut competition, and singing of “This Land is Your Land”.  Free popsicles will be provided by the City of Moscow.
