I’m sorry, Tom – I just assumed everyone knew about the Idaho Supreme Court’s Data Repository:

It really is a great resource and something I think Idaho should be proud of because not all states have one that’s freely available online to the public, a fact I discovered when trying to follow the court proceedings of the tragedy of an eastern Washington toddler who was very nearly starved to death by his parents just about two years ago.  He weighed all of 10 pounds at two years of age when EMS was called to the home because his heart had stopped – go figure.  He was resuscitated and in critical condition for some time, but he did survive albeit with brain damage.
