There are lots of third-party choices. You can find a list of them here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_political_parties
All you need to do is work with them to get the on the ballot and vote for
one when they make it. The three "major" parties not D or R are the
Libertarian Party, the Green Party, and the Constitution Party.
I voted for a third party in the last major election, and the world did not
end.
