[Vision2020] The NSA is Targeting Users of Privacy Services, Leaked Code Shows

We don't need most of Homeland Security, either.  We did fine without it
for a long time, except for that one tragic event.  Now it's just an
imposition on our civil liberties, for the most part.  Liberty is more
important than safety.
