TWO KITTENS ABANDONED IN THE SNOW GET SECOND CHANCE
Two kittens were abandoned in a remote area to fend for their lives out in the winter cold. If  it wasn’t for an eagle-eyed Good Samaritan, this story wouldn’t have a happy ending.

The two orange kittens were in a deplorable condition inside a Styrofoam container in a snowy forest when a man stumbled across the white box they were huddled in alongside a road. When the man inspected what was inside the box, he was shocked to find the two sick and dirty kittens laying under a blanket next to a bowl of frozen food, so he decided to do something about it.






Determined to help the kittens survive, the man and his family decided to take the box home and nurse the kittens back to health. The kittens were ill, with their fur matted with feces and infections around their eyes and nose. They were given a bath where the family discovered that the kittens were suffering from malnourishment.

When the family gave the kittens a bowl of food, the kittens didn’t know what to do with it. Imgur user provinciallife, who documented the story, said, “If you separate them, they meow continuously until they’re reunited. They’re terrified without each other.”

The pair of kittens is now on the road to recovery after a jaunt to the vet and the careful treatment of their new owners, with a bright future ahead of them. We love a happy ending!
