Don't mess with my little sisters! Adorable bulldog protects his adopted kitten siblings

This is the adorable bulldog who protects his beloved younger siblings - who just so happen to be cats.
Hammie, a 1-year-old bulldog lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with owner Michelle Parden. Last year, she took in a pregnant,abandoned cat named Mommy. 
Parden, 34, saved the creature on the request of her friend Gayla Hausman, a director at charity Voice For Companion Animals. 
Ms Parden said the cat had eye and respiratory problems after being abandoned but happily on Halloween, Mommy gave birth to six kittens - Pumpkin, Goblin, Frankenstein, Batman, Zombie and Elvira.
Some of the kittens had a tough beginning due to their mother's ill health but all survived. 
And although Mommy and their new owner were excited about the new arrivals, the biggest fan was Hammie.
