[Vision2020] School bomb threat leads to felony charge

I look back longingly to that pre-9/11 era where you had about a 1 in 5
chance that there would be a bomb threat that would delay at least one of
your finals.  Now, I'm surprised the person making the call doesn't get
extraordinarily rendered.  Or even ordinarily rendered.
