I’m not keeping track of how many times this is, but I’m pretty sure we’re still saying the same thing.  However, as inconceivable as it may be, I still don’t think it means what you think it means.

 

But, since this is the internet, and there’s better things to do than let this devolve into casting aspersions and insults (it appears to be on that road, as you have already thrown the first stone), I will concede.

The NFTA clearly states on its website

 

"This class qualifies Idaho residents for the Idaho [my emphasis], Utah, Arizona, Oregon permits and fills the qualifications for the first 4 hours of the Idaho Enhanced Permit [again, my emphasis]





*More information will be given on the second part (live fire)  of the Idaho Enhanced Permit during the class."

 

I added the second paragraph (again) to illustrate that the "second part" (as you have suggested and agree) consists of nothing more than going to a firing range and firing off a few rounds . . . thusly qualifying the participant for an Idaho Concealed Firearms Permit, as well as the Idaho Enhanced Permit.

 

Don't forget the Tri-State ten-dollar gift certificate, Mr. Carscallen.  You've earned it.
