It's irrelevant that 'the tide is rising' considering it won't rise high enough to cover the bridge spanning Pend O'Reille river. Further, the weight of the load is distributed such that it's not going to snap the bridge like a twig sending it into the supposed rising tide. Paul Rumelhart's prognostication will turn out to be true and the load will make it to it's destination up in Alberta.
