[Vision2020] Priorities in Latah County

[Moscow Cares]

How about creating a tax-exempt entity (pronounced "501c(3)") responsible for identifying and/or establishing temporary quarters with limited residency.

Sojourners Alliance might be a reliable "how-to" point of contact in creating such an entity.

Some local churches might also be interested in contributing to this cause.

SOMETHING HAS GOT TO BE DONE ! ! !
