IF they are there drinking, that means they are 21 or over........and did you read the penalties in the new law
about carrying a concealed weapon under the influence?  

So, IF they complete the training and IF they get an enhanced carry permit, they can, but they can't carry drunk!

And I thought that Champions was open to EVERYONE in the community, NOT just "students".  So ANYONE that goes there is
subject to the SAME STATE LAWS about carrying weapons NOT just students!
