Realizing that most (if not all) candidates for public office have day jobs outside the public eye, and . . . 

Realizing that the Hawkins Agreement (2008), concerning Moscow water rights, was attended in Spokane by only the mayor and two city council members (Wayne Krauss and Walter Steed), primarily due to short notice and day job commitments of other council members . . .

How much of a priority will the candidate assign to the people of Moscow in relation to his/her other obligations?

How about it, V-Peeps?  Wouldn't you want this question answered by ALL candidates?
