This year's Palouse Basin Water Summit, "Our Liquid Asset," will be held this Tuesday, October 1, at the Schweitzer Engineering Event Center in Pullman, 4:30 to 8:30 pm.  The keynote speaker will be James Salzman, J.D., author of "Drinking Water - A History."
