[Vision2020] Barricades in my yard!

Ron,
I'm fully aware of why they are out, it is the where that I object to!
They now been moved from my yard to the neighbors yard!
Too bad that instead of barricades they weren't "mega-loads" then everyone on the list would be upset! *S*
THIS is typical of the little regard that the current city administration has for private property, and it's time for a change!
