[Vision2020] 9/26 caller 'Joe from Moscow, ID' on the Huckabee show

I was listening to the Mike Huckabee Show this morning and at about 11:40am a caller named 'Joe' from Moscow, ID phoned to weigh in on Obamacare.  I was hoping it was Dr. Joe Campbell and that he was going to shred the Huckster.  Instead, Joe was a 26 year old student agreeing with him.  I recorded the last 90 seconds of the call but the argument being made against Obamacare was quite weak especially given the narrow range they were focusing on.

In short, as a student, Joe claimed he wouldn't be able to afford $190 per month for Obamacare so instead he'd just pay the $90 fine.  Huckabee then said that he thought most people would just pay the fine as well - since it's supposedly the far cheaper route the them - and when they got sick, they would sign up for insurance that couldn't turn them down due to pre-existing condition, would seek treatment using this insurance, and then would drop it afterward.
