. . . when Friends of the Palouse Ranger District (FPRD) conducted a public forum at the Latah County Fairgrounds concerning the Upper Lochsa Land Exchange, and Western Pacific Timber (WPT) was so proud of their interaction with the public concerning this very important matter.  



Well. . . .

I attended that forum.  And after stopping by the WPT booth I had one question for them . . .
