[Vision2020] closures and SS payments

So why throw people out of homes they own, Mr. Hayes? Why shut down a park that is run by volunteers and completely funded by private money? Why block off scenic pullouts that have no facilities? why hold tourists in a hotel for two days with armed men at the exits, leading foreign visitors to think they were under arrest for something? Why shut down an entire industry in south Florida by closing portions of an ocean?
The intent is to make citizens hurt, and then use it for political gain. I hope the people behind it get a painful, terminal illness.
