I can't argue too much with your statement. There are some good things and some bad things about Obamacare. Manly it is too long and unwieldy. It would be best to scrap it, keep the good parts and improve it . Mostly make it a lot simpler.

Subject: [Vision2020] Republicans, Obamacare, and the Shutdown

I have no problem with the Republicans, or Democrats, or for that matter the NRA or Planned Parenthood or anyone or any group, operating with the legal bounds of our system.  As long as the Republicans are trying to 'defund' Obamacare with procedural strategies that are allowed in Congress, less power to them.  If they think Obamacare is going to be such a huge disaster, I think it would be in their best interest to give the appearance of pushing back and trying to overturn / defend it and then at some point make an announcement to the entire country along the lines of 'We tried our best to stop this runaway train, but we've run out of options.  God help us all and remember at the next election cycle when things have gone to shit, vote out the Democrats who created this mess and vote in the Republicans so that we can clean it up and put Obamacare to rest once and for all'.

And then let her rip.  If Obamacare fails miserably as they're 'predicting', they get to sweep into power.  If Obamacare works, then everyone wins.
