[Vision2020] Question, V-Peeps . . .

I know this is gonna shock a lot of people, but I, Tom Hansen, misread the intent of the statement posted on the Latah County Elections page.

Yes, even I make mistakes, as absolutely shocking as that may be.

With thanks to Dan "Area Man" Carscallen (who I am hoping will do his Santa's Helper routine for the City Council next month) and Stephanie Kalasz, Moscow's City Clerk, I now understand the concept of "area of city impact".
