Nope . . . not at all . . . other than common sense.  

Jus' ask the residents of Lolo, Montana, who became neighbors of (what was to become nicknamed) "The Big Blue Box" from December thru March.  "Time" bein' "Money" and all, I jus' know that li'l stint cost Exxon and its megaload transport company $$$$$$$$$$.

So, please, bring 'em on.
