One way to ensure that Moscow (rhymes with "Bosco") is not mispronounced in a song is for locals to create and record Moscow's own official song.
Seeya 'round town, Moscow, because . . .
"Moscow Cares" (the most fun you can have with your pants on)

There are several cities across the Nifty Fifty (USA) that have their own official city song, of which they have not changed a single note since they were conceived (some of which are over one hundred years in age).
