At our Georgia home we get a dumpster load every two weeks for less than
the 35 Gallon rate in Moscow. We share this with hour neighbor, so our
cost is less than $500 per year. Almost anything can be put in the
dumpster also except toxic chemicals and a few other items.

At 1007 Karen Lane, Moscow, One large garbage can runs a little over
$200,00/year.

Why is the City of Moscow's rate so high?
