[Vision2020] A Coupla Things, V-Peeps

Janesta is correct in her revision. This building sits at the south west
corner of First and Jackson. The building was cut up into apts. over twenty
years ago and has relatively recently become part of the university city
rentals situation. Do not expect it to reclaim its former glory any time
soon. I'm near positive that Mr. Kincaid does not reside there. I'm fairly
sure the home you are thinking of is situated on the north west corner of
East A & North Van Buren, is still a single family residence with upstairs
apt. and I believe that the carriage house portion to the west is also a
rental. The property is well maintained and is very attractive.
