Well! I was 100% wrong...

The structure housing Carither's Hospital still exists [2011], standing at
the southwest corner of Jackson Street and First Street. Carither's
Hospital, operated by Warner H. Carither, was also known as the Inland
Empire Hospital and began operating in the structure around 1908. Other
organizations that operated in this structure included the Moscow
Businessmen's Club and the Elk's Club (circa 1896).
