[Vision2020] Huh? Say WHAT!?

There is a massive amount of statutory and case law pertaining to marriage.

Why?

When two people merge their lives in marriage or a marriage type of
relationship, and especially if they chose to have or to adopt children,
all sorts of things can happen. We would like those things to be all
pleasant, but the reality is that all sorts things go wrong, some horribly
wrong, and need to be adjudicated.

That's why there needs to be a standard statutorily binding legal marriage
contract. Government is the only agency that can provide the needed
adjudication. That's why besides the 14th Amendment, its case law and the
laws, case law, etc on commerce, the marriage contract needs to be applied
to every one entering in such intimate relationships, regardless of gender
and even perhaps number.
