Senate Bill 744, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill, stipulates that undocumented aliens must meet certain requirements pior to being granted U.S. citizenship.

Among these requirements is to reside within the United States and maintain a law-abiding record for a period of ten years without receiving entitlements of citizenship. Failure to maintain a law-abiding record may/will result in deportation.

Question: Do these entitlements of citizenship, entitlements of which these undocumented aliens are ineligible, include minimum wage?

Another item of interest: Since the undocumented aliens must maintain a strict law-abiding record, this will provide employers a questionable tool of enforcement . . . "Do as I say or I will report you to the INS for X."

Thoughts?
