[Vision2020] Senate Bill 744, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill

I wrote Senator Risch asking him to support the bill and got a reply  designed to satisfy someone the likes of Rick Perry.  First, he won’t support any immigration bill until all our borders are SECURE.  Well, that’s pretty much a vote stopper there, even though his vote for  that 700 miles of reinforced fencing along the Rio Grande might do it for me...I’m not into ladders.     Then he won’t support any immigration bill for any law breaker....He’s a former prosecutor, remember, and does not believe in “rewarding people who break the law.”  But he really does value my opinion.  Really, he does.  And he certainly does me less harm in the Senate than he did in his various roles as an Idaho policy maker.
