[Vision2020] Government files charges against traitor Edward Snowden

I'm sure they will if there is indeed criminal negligence. Maybe they don't have all the evidence yet to move forward.  Otherwise, they'll tighten up their controls to reduce the chances of something like this happening again. It's not the easiest thing to protect against rogue insiders.
