[Vision2020] Moscow man charged with multiple child abuse felonies

Assuming this guy is guilty of what they claim, which will be decided in 
a court of law, then I agree with you.

I sometimes debate about the overreach of some of the child porn 
legislation that has cropped up over the years, such as people going to 
jail for cartoon porn of Bart Simpson or for possessing Japanese manga 
that features cartoon characters who are underage. Who is being harmed, 
I ask?  But in this case, again assuming this person is guilty of what 
they claim, they should throw the book at him.
