[Vision2020] Just North of Moscow Construction?

Hi Donovan,

As far as I could tell, they were simply removing berm/cleaning up the shoulder. Not long-term, and no ripping up that I saw. I thought it made sense, and looked good, but I may be thinking of a different project than you.

  Does any know where I can find information online about the construction project going on for just North of Moscow on 
  Highway 95 at the last weekend of May? There has to be some paper trail for ripping up a highway. The Idaho 511 website only lists current and future projects. Thanks!
