Excellent point. This program was in place long before the Boston bombing
and did nothing to prevent it (to say nothing of the warnings from our
Russian "pals.") If the info isn't being used to prevent tragedies such as
that, one can't help but wonder what the info is being used for. If you
call the RNC, the NRA, of a Tea Party org. a few times too often does a
note get sent to the IRS?
