Be advised, Mr. Rumelhart that these 13- and 14-year-olds were pending these charges long before Mahaney neglected his health.  Those charges were filed against those children shortly after the assault.

Mr. Zimmerman, at the age of 20, assaulted a police officer.  His charge was waived.
