[Vision2020] PR - Roll Cart Delivery to Begin Saturday, July 20

So what is going to happen to the five or ten thousand replaced garbage cans?  What is the city planning on doing with them?  I can use about ten or twenty of them, but that would still leave a huge surplus of used garbage cans.

City of Moscow Roll Cart Delivery to Begin Saturday, July 20, 2013
 
July 18, 2013 (Moscow, Idaho) — City of Moscow residents will begin receiving delivery of the new roll carts as soon as Saturday, July 20, 2013. The City of Moscow collection Franchisee, Latah Sanitation, Inc. will begin delivering roll carts in advance of the scheduled launch of the new garbage collection program slated to begin August 1, 2013. Residents are reminded that the roll carts are not to be used as they will not be serviced or collected until August 1.
 
Roll carts will be delivered to the same curb line or alley area where they should be placed at on regular collection days. The roll carts will be accompanied with an instructional information packet further explaining the new program.
 
Residents that are unable to repurpose or reuse their old garbage cans may bring them to the south gravel lot of the Moscow Recycling facility on Saturday, August 3 and Saturday August 10, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
